Welcome to English HPT 2009
While e-mail is an effective communication tool, I thought it would be wise to have a blog that could be accessed by each of us, or the administration as an archive of our work together.
If you have entered this blog from my invitation, you should be able to post and make comments. If you have never blogged before, play around a little, it's actually kind of fun. You can post websites, pictures, videos etc. that can benefit us all.

ReplyDeleteWhat great enthusiasm you have, Julie! I would like to echo your words in thanking Charlie and Jill, as well as our entire team, for an excellent experience. We are a large group which could have proven cumbersome and sluggish, but it has been exciting to see what we have accomplished already. I reserved the main area of the high school library for our September 23 Meeting. The Tech Team is also planning to meet in another area of the library at that time, so we may or may not wish to continue meeting there. We can make that decision after our meeting on the 23rd. It seemed that we all enjoyed Laura's room, so we might wish to make that our permanent home if Laura doesn't mind.
ReplyDeleteI'd be more than happy to open my room to be our permanent home for our meetings. It'll give me a good reason to bake up some tasty treats!
ReplyDeleteI also agree with Julie & Mary that we seemed to get a good start on this process. I must admit it's a bit daunting for the middle school; I feel like we are definitely behind. However, I know we'll make great progress, and I'm very excited about the end result!
